How will I know things are getting better?
This is an important question for all clients.
Your relationships will be better. You will have greater awareness and knowledge about how to fix the problems in your relationships. You will have a deeper connection with your loved ones, and you will find the relationships you want.
Your emotions and moods will have improved. You will feel less anxious and depressed. You will have fewer negative emotions, and feel more at ease.
Your thinking will have shifted. You will have fewer negative thoughts, and more positive, constructive, and helpful thoughts.
You will see yourself achieving your goals.
You will have higher satisfaction in life. You will have a greater sense of well-being and accomplishment.
What is your therapeutic style?
Our relationship will be at the heart of our sessions. The alliance that we forge together will be the foundation for your therapeutic journey. My approach is based in curiosity, listening, authenticity, respect, kindness, and conversation.
What is your specialty?
I am a specialist in the treatment of personality disorders, trauma, relationship issues, narcissism, anxiety, addiction, depression, and PTSD. I also specialize in working with people who have recently completed a residential, partial hospitalization, or outpatient treatment programs. If you are unsure if I could be of help, I am happy to chat with you.
Who do you treat?
My ideal client is someone who knows they want things to be different, and is looking for a therapy experience that leads to a deeper understanding of themselves and others. I am particularly helpful to people facing relationship challenges. If you are seeking to repair relationships in your life, have just left a relationship, are in transitions in your relationships, or feel disconnected from yourself, I am here to help.
Why remote therapy?
Access to specialists: this is the biggest advantage to teletherapy. Psychotherapy is becoming increasingly specialized and you may need a specialist, with a personalized treatment for you, to get the most out of therapy.
Comfort: many clients feel more comfortable in their own space, with their own amenities (e.g., coffee, snacks, etc).
Convenience: people are very busy with family, children, and their career. No wait times, no commuting.
Privacy: confidentiality and privacy are of the utmost importance. With teletherapy, there is no need to sit in a busy waiting room.
Safety: if you have a medical condition, or have medically vulnerable people in your life, remote therapy reduces your contact with people and risk for contracting illnesses.
Where do you practice?
I see clients throughout the United States. Please scroll to the bottom for a list of states where I provide therapy.

We will discuss potential treatment options, and I will answer any questions you may have.
